Gem Slap ("the App") is operated by Ben Swieskowski ("I," "me," or "my"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Gem Slap iOS app handles your information. The short version: the App collects no personal information and sends no data off your device.

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no third-party data collection of any kind.
Your game progress — including high score, best level reached, best chain reaction, total crystals shattered, and games played — is stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to me, and is not accessible to me or any third party. It is removed if you delete the App.
I do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, payment information, or any other personally identifying information.
The App runs fully offline and does not require an internet connection to play. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or any other device data.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal information of any user — child or adult — for me to access or store.
If a future version of the App adds features that involve data collection — such as analytics or in-app purchases — this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features go live, and the "last updated" date below will reflect the change. Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
